Mason & Bird/New Victoria Dam Loop (Korung National Park)

Combining the Mason & Bird Heritage Trail and New Victoria Dam Walk Trail, this loop walk in Korung National Park explores Australia's pioneer heritage, including the oldest extant wooden bridge in Australia, the first dam built in Western Australia and the bush grave of a baby from a pioneer family. With granite outcrops, mature stands of Wandoo and valley views along the way, this is a pleasant walk in the Perth Hills.

Toolbrunup Peak (Stirling Range National Park)

A superb but challenging day walk, the trail to Toolbrunup Peak takes walkers to the summit of the second highest mountain in the Stirling Range. Steeper and wilder than Bluff Knoll, the trail's initially moderate ascent passes through forest before a scramble through two boulder fields and steep rocky ledges on the way to the summit. With breathtaking 360° views across the entire range, this is a must do for experienced walkers.

Bibbulmun Track (WA) - Conspicuous Beach to Peaceful Bay

A relatively short sectional day walk on the Bibbulmun Track, the walk from Conspicuous Beach to Peaceful Bay is dominated by impressive coastal walking. Taking in views from high coastal cliffs, a large granite dome, biodiverse heathlands and rocky, isolated beaches, the wild Southern Ocean's crashing waves are a spectacular highlight, while the gentle waters of Peaceful Bay provide a tranquil finish.

Mt Lindesay Walk Trail (Mt Lindesay National Park)

The centerpiece trail of Mt Lindesay National Park, this 10 km return walk to the summit explores the easternmost expanse of the Walpole Wilderness. Beginning as an easy walk through Jarrah forests, the trail's incline increases up steep granite slopes surrounded by biodiverse heathlands and impressive rock formations. With its gradual increase in difficulty, this is an ideal trail for intermediate walkers moving to more challenging terrain.

Talyuberlup Peak (Stirling Range National Park)

Aptly described as 'short but uncompromising', the trek to Talyuberlup's peak is one of the more difficult in the Stirling Range. Tackling the mountain head on, the trail is a continual and increasingly steep ascent that requires scrambling in its latter half. Walkers are rewarded with an impressive mountain cave and views of tall, rocky crags on the way to the summit, as well as views across the range - if you are lucky with the weather!
