Munda Biddi Trail (WA) - Collie to Nglang Boodja

Day 10 of the Munda Biddi Trail, this section takes cyclists from the trail town of Collie to Nglang Boodja. Following the pleasant spur out of town, the Munda Biddi crosses Colliefields Hwy into Wellington National Park. Following an insanely steep descent to the Collie River and a side trip to the spectacular Honeymoon Pool, a slow gentle ascent leads to the lovely Nglang Boodja. One of the Munda Biddi's most epic and rugged days

Wiilman Bilya Trail (Wellington National Park)

The first part of a planned multi-day loop in Wellington National Park, the Wiilman Bilya Trail follows the shores of Wellington Reservoir from Coalfields Hwy to Wellington Dam itself.  Passing through some of the finest Jarrah forest in Australia to the excellent Nyingarn campsite, the trail is left down by some compromised route choices and severe burns through extended sections that spoil the trail's natural beauty and potential

Bibbulmun Track (WA) - Collie to Mumballup

A long day walk on the Bibbulmun Track, this 32 kilometre day of walking takes hikers from the town of Collie to the tiny settlement of Mumballup. Passing the beautiful Collie River and providing some excellent forest walking, Mungalup and Glen Mervyn Dams are the major highlights of the day's walk. With the Noggerup campsite as a perfect lunch spot and easy access to the Wellington Spur Trail, this is an excellent day of walking.

Jabitj Trail (Wellington National Park)

An underrated trail in Wellington National Park, the Jabitj (running water) Trail links Wellington Dam Kiosk with the superb campgrounds at Honeymoon Pool. Utilising a stretch of the old Bibbulmun Track, the trail follows the beautiful Collie River, providing lovely views of rocky rapids, moss covered granite boulders and lush forest. A surprisingly excellent trail, this is a perfect walk for a weekend away from Perth.
